Becoming a Senior HR Business Partner with Capita :
We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join Capita working across our offices in London, Reading, Maidenhead, Guildford, Hampshire & Brighton.
This is an exciting new role where you will not only manage a team of HR Operations Partners and get involved with our general HR work but you will also be involved in leading our strategic transformational change programmes, involvement in Compensation and Reward schemes, support a learning and development programme / strategy as well as truly partnering with the senior levels in the organisation, challenging and influencing key stakeholders.
The Senior HR Business Partner is also responsible for providing strategic day to day leadership to drive the delivery of the business’ HR Plans to improve business performance and effectiveness.

What you will do :
Demonstrating a commercialism of approach and understanding and a high level awareness of the financial situation of the business / division and any key financial challenges.
Through the Proactive utilisation of Management Information to identify key areas where HR can support and contribute to business improvement.
g. HR Admin and Payroll, Internal Resourcing, Learning & Development, internal communications, Group Talent, etc)
