Project Assistant - Excel, PowerPoint

Contract : 22 weeks, Location : Warwick

Rate : £14.00ph Ltd / Umbrella Company

An experienced Project Assistant is required with advanced Excel, PowerPoint and strong communication skills who will be responsible for :

  • Managing the Effective Cost Management Process (Cost Details Tracking Sheets).
  • Arrange and Lead Regular cost alignment meetings with Buyer / Engineer matched pairs to updated the costs status.
  • Record actions.
  • Drive actions, follow up with matched pairs to make sure any actions identified are closed. Serve as single point of contact for programmes for liaising with the buyers for effective cost management related issues.
  • Train new buyers on effective cost management process.
  • Take additional departmental shared tasks as and when required.
  • Report weekly to Management.
  • Experience Required :

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills
  • Advanced Personal Skills - Confident to engage and operate at all hierarchical levels with the organisation
  • Good Communication Skills (Written, Verbal)
  • Experience to work with large amount of data.
  • Proactively identify the need for action, planning, and administering the plans to take the tasks to logical conclusion.
