Support Analyst, Milton Keynes

My client are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic Support Analyst with excellent client-facing skills. The position involves monitoring and administering a ticket system ITSM (Service Requests, Incident and IMAC'S), contacting staff to resolve issues within the office and some field staff repairing devices and solving software issues and various desk side related tasks but in a walk in service type capacity.

Technical skills :

  • Microsoft Windows 8.1, 10
  • Active Directory
  • LAN, Wifi
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Skype for business
  • Key Tasks :

  • General Desk Side Support type duties.
  • Specific skills are required in MS Outlook, .PST files Retrieval / Mapping
  • Day to day support tasks to UK based mobile devices.
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Password Changes
  • Desktop and Laptop Installation & Configurations
  • Installation & Configuration of Printers
  • Ticket Issue Management
  • You must be eligible for CTC clearance, meaning you must be a British Citizen for this particular position.
