Automotive Service Advisor required in Harrogate

Basic Dependent on Experience, OTE's £32,000+

22 days paid holiday per annum plus bank holidays, auto enrolment to a workplace pension, colleague discounts, and future opportunities to progress within the Group.

Monday - Friday 8am-6pm, Alternate Saturdays

My client, a dealership in Harrogate - part of an award winning group, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for their busy aftersales department.

Job Specification :

Responsibility for the Service department customer experience, from initial booking by phone, email or booking system, you will be the contact for the customer for the duration of their visit.

You will regularly update and keep them informed of progress throughout ensuring that we deliver on all promises and deadlines.

Following the service process to ensure all manufacturers audit standards are adhered to, you will take payments and talk customers through their invoices.

With other members of the team, you will maintain the administration of the loan car fleet and ensure all housekeeping and other admin duties are complete.

You will be required to deal with general queries and many other ad-hoc duties.

Person Specification :

A 'hands on', customer focused team player who will take complete responsibility for customers vehicles and their concerns and be able to produce industry leading customer service under pressure.

Good negotiation skills, excellent administration skills, a sense of humour and a keen eye for detail are required. PC competency with knowledge of the Kerridge system an advantage and a desire to go that extra mile to help every customer will be pre-

requisite. You should be committed to increasing our Customer Satisfaction results and to maintaining department processes.

Experience in a similar role is preferred. Motor trade experience essential.
