working team. The successful candidate must haveh a desire to promote our wonderful Five Star Holiday Village and ensure that our guests enjoy a fantastic holiday experience, time and time again!

The successful candidate will be required to :

  • Assist guests on a day to day basis; welcoming them on arrival and ensuring a smooth guest check-out at our Main Reception.
  • Take a high volume of inbound enquiries for all areas across the village, and follow through to secure bookings for all aspects of our Guest’s stay.
  • Confidently pass on their knowledge of the Village, its facilities and accommodation to our guests, ensuring each and every guest has a 5* experience.
  • Make outbound calls to future guests and assist them to pre book on-site activities and facilities.
  • Have an awareness of the department’s sales figures.
  • Share your knowledge and passion for Spa treatments to maximise our Guest's Spa experience and take a high volume of inbound calls and guide guests in booking the perfect treatment for them.

  • Ability to work on their own initiative within a work environment
  • Excellent PC skills all Microsoft office packages
  • Operate within a team environment

  • This role will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check- Standard level.
  • Availability :

    We have two positions available one for 40 hours per week and one for 25 hours per week. We are particularly interested in candidates who would like to work evenings and weekends.

    The roles cover a variety of shift patterns including weekends, mid-week, early mornings and evenings. The department is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, from 8am to 9pm -

    Monday and Friday, 8am to 8pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
