We currently have a permanent role for a Clinical Lead to join our team within our Redcar and Cleveland services. This is an integrated treatment system providing services for both drugs and alcohol, for adults and young people.
We are inviting applications for this new role from doctors (Addiction Psychiatrists or GPs with a Special Interest in substance misuse), nurses or pharmacists who are registered as independent prescribers.
If you have substantial experience in specialist substance misuse services, supervisory and leadership skills, we would like to hear from you.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead a multi-disciplinary clinical team, providing high-quality treatment in line with national guidelines and innovating to support the development of recovery-
oriented treatment and make a positive difference to the lives of service users.
Key to this role will be the ability to work effectively with the Services Manager in delivering outcomes and ensure services respond appropriately to local needs, developing strong relationships with Commissioners and health partners.
