An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Joiner / Multi skilled Tradesperson to join our team dealing with our works across Nottingham.

You’ll play a key role in delivering day to day joinery repairs on a first time fix basis. The role will also include Our tenants are at the heart of what we do and, whether you’re working alone, with other trades or alongside tenants, we’ll rely on you to deliver an efficient, safe and friendly service of the highest quality.

Apprentice trained, you will hold a suitable qualification such as City & Guilds Advanced Crafts or NVQ 3. We are looking for multi-

skilled operatives with significant joinery experience as well as experience in other trade areas, including Plumbing, Plastering and / or Bricklaying.

You’ll bring an organised but flexible approach and the ability to meet deadlines. Naturally, you will have experience in a repair, maintenance and contract environment, including assessing and inspecting jobs, updating records and great customer service skills.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced plumber / multi skilled Tradesperson to join our team dealing with our major and minor planned works across Nottingham.

You’ll play a key role in delivering day to day plumbing repairs on a first time fix basis including small joinery works and making good.

The role will also include planned improvements including replacement of bathrooms and showers, kitchen replacements, rainwater pipes, guttering, drainage, soil stacks and sanitary fittings as well as the possibility of being involved in new build construction and modernisation projects.

Our tenants are at the heart of what we do and, whether you’re working alone, with other trades or alongside tenants, we’ll rely on you to deliver an efficient, safe and friendly service of the highest quality.
