Territory Manager - North East UK
Salary : Up to £40k basic, bonus , car and full benefits
Based : North East UK (Nottinghamshire up to Newcastle)
A leading critical care equipment / devices business are currently looking for a Territory Manager North East (Nottinghamshire up to Newcastle), someone ideally very clinical with a proven track record in medical equipment / device sales.
Ensure that sales and activity targets are successfully achieved
Establish, maintain and support field trials of the products working closely with KOL groups and hospital stakeholders / clinicians.
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, potential new customers and key opinion leaders in the territory
Work closely with National Sales Manager to obtain and provide appropriate customer / product feedback and support.
Provide and maintain records of activity in conjunction with process and format set out by the National Sales Manager.
Deliver clinical and product training to Intensivists, Anesthetists, Nurses, ODP's and other health care professionals in the Critical Care, Anaesthetics or other clinical settings as required
To co-operate on matters of Health and Safety and follow the training provided. To take reasonable care of personal and other peoples Health and Safety at all times.
Essential knowledge / experience required : -
A scientific or medical qualification to degree level
A proven sales track record
Experience in selling high-value capital products to NHS / Private sector organizations
Minimum of 2 years commercial experience within the medical devices sector selling into theatre / ICU environment
Understanding of the NHS procurement process
Excellent clinical and technical ability
