Our client focuses on mid to C-Level searches for talent within the thriving Digital Media & Technology sector and top tier Investment Banks & Financial Institutions.
They work on roles for clients within the Advertising and Financial Technology verticals, ranging from start-ups to established firms with a global presence.
They have very close relationships with their clients, and adopt a strategic approach with their searches.
This is a permanent role offering £24K per annum for grads with at least 1 years' direct experience.
Key responsibilities of the role;
Candidates that apply for this role should have at least 1 years’ experience working as a recruitment consultant and be keen to establish a career within executive search recruitment.
The role will provide the successful candidate with huge earning potential in a profitable business.
Day-to-day activities will include;
To develop a profitable recruitment practice in the agreed sector and geographical areas, you will develop client and candidate relationships and manage assignments on a retained / sole agency basis at agreed target margins and package levels.
Identifying target clients via client mapping.
Developing knowledge of clients businesses, marketplaces and sectors
Develop relationships with these target clients and obtaining search assignments
Identify best in class’ candidates to send to potential / current clients on a speculative basis.
Lead the negotiation and completion of contracts with clients maximising margin, profit and cash flow for the business.
Meet or exceed personal monthly & annual financial targets
Development a list of target organisations and mapping of these potential clients
Speculative submission of best in class candidates to agreed activity levels and follow up by telephone with clients
Input to business plan to support the specified sector area
Increase the number of assignments presenting through repeat business and referrals.
Develop and deploy an effective Marketing / Communication Strategy for clients and candidates in line with company policy and procedures.
Where appropriate build relationships with other key partners likely to lead to increases in profitability e.g Institutes.
The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications;
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Post-graduate qualifications desirable
