Your challenge :
You will give BMW Group UK’s retailers and partners world-class support responding rapidly to their calls, emails and faxes to process finance agreements, whilst implementing payments and resolving any queries.
At all times, you will ensure that pay-out documentation is accurate and complete, requiring meticulous attention to detail and making you central to the sales process and the customer experience.
In short, you will be an ambassador for the brand, so we require someone with exceptional focus and commitment.
Your background :
To be equal to the challenge, you should be experienced in resolving high volumes of enquiries, ideally within a contact centre environment.
Needless to say, you will be adept at prioritising tasks, flexible with regard to hours and responsibilities, and capable of meeting some strict deadlines.
Above all, you will have a passion for customer service that matches our own.

Hours : The Pay-out Support team operate an annualised hours contract that fluctuates throughout the year to cater for customer demand, averaging 40 hours per week.
