This unique role will enableyou to directly impact the development of innovative in-home services roadmap,working closely with colleagues across the business to define, pilot andimplement our plan creating a market leading home delivery operation.

Explore Opportunity Define the size ofthe opportunity for in-home services, considering the competitor landscape andworking closely with commercial strategy to understand the role this could playacross our categories
Projectmanagement : Define project scope, deliverables, project plan, business case andbusiness change impact.
Developroadmap - Shape clearoptions / recommendations for our future in-home services roadmap, includingexploring considerations like potential operating models, branding, etc
Definerequirements / change impact Identifynew IS / digital / operational / commercial / other business change requirements
Pilot Explore opportunities to better understand customer appetite and potentialsize of opportunity
Drivedelivery ensuring deliverables / outcomes deliver the project intent at pace,tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, providing project updates,managing budget and keeping stakeholders informed / engaged
Leadership : Lead cross functional teams - you will help drive and deliver the project usingstrong communication, flexibility and the right balance between driving theproject and taking people with you, exhibiting our values and agilities
More about you :
Strong project / programme managementqualifications / experience
Experience of developing well considered business cases, with theability evaluate sales / cost / margin impact of any proposed changes
A diverse business background perhaps gained in strategy consultingand / or project & programme management
Strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial spirit Experience taking ahigh-level business idea and exploring the potential opportunity to develop aclear strategy and roadmap to engage stakeholders
A rounded skill set enabling you to see a proposition, question orchallenge from every angle (customer, competitor, market, commercial,operational) allowing you to identify tactical and strategic businessimprovements
Experience managing complex, highly cross-functional business changeprojects
Comfortable using a variety of styles to either influence other teams toprioritise solutions to issues or to fully manage a key business project rightfrom idea inception through to project delivery.
An ability to translate strategy into action, with a track record ofdelivering significant and lasting business change
Assertive, challenging and confident with well-honed inter-personalskills.
An ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way to wide audiences.
