An opportunity for a Technical Service Director within IT is required to be operationally accountable for the Category Signage and Point of Sale (POS) service lines, demonstrating a clear technical expertise, innovation and industry best practice to deliver optimal ongoing performance, guiding and ensure projects are flawlessly executed to client expectations.
Providing Category Signage and Retail POS solutions that meet client expectations, the successful Technical Service Director will have ability and confidence to engage with senior client stakeholders, advising them of technical solution and manage queries.
Experience & Responsibilities : Technical Service Director (Category Signage & POS) :
As the successful Technical Service Director you will be focused on putting the customer first and delivering against agreed SLA's and KPI's at all times.
Handling budget responsibility, preparing board reports with a background in building and developing excellent relationships with client and internal teams.
