Our Customer Services Assistants provide an essential part of the store's frontline service delivering the highest standards of care to our customers.
As well as providing first class customer service you will share our values and ethos and will actively promote Co-operative Values and Membership wherever possible.
The main duties of this varied role could include working on checkouts, the shop floor, housekeeping, date code checking, temperature checks, administration or even the In-store bakery.
You will provide a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service to customers, a supportive attitude to your colleagues, an awareness of health and safety, and high personal and store operating standards.
A polite, helpful attitude is required as well as a flexible approach to working hours.
You may also undertake duties focusing on a specific section or other operational activities within the store but ultimately you will be part of a multi skilled team.
