1st Line Support Engineer Office 365, Citrix, Windows, Active Directory 1st Line Support Engineer will join a fast paced, creative, market leading business who have been growing year by year.

You can expect great training and very realistic opportunities to progress internally. 1st Line Support Engineer will provide application support in resolving and troubleshooting problems and will provide assistance to users in the use and operation of various software tools and products.

Responsibilities : *Provide application support in resolving and troubleshooting problems. *Provide advise and guidance to users in the use and operation of various software tools and products.

  • Work closely with 3rd party vendors to identify solutions for business issues. *Support 3rd line engineers on Office 365, Azure, and AWS platforms issues.
  • Support the development of internal procedures and processes, whilst also ensuring security compliance measures are in place across all application development processes.
  • Skills required : *Proven experience in an IT support capacity, ideally gained in fast paced, busy service desk environments.

  • Strong experience with and understanding of the Office 365 suite. *Proven experience in supporting and troubleshooting Windows Server (2008r2, 2012r2, and 2016) and Windows (7, 8, and 10).
  • Strong experience with Active Directory. *Strong experience with Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop 7.x. *Strong communication skills.
