We are looking for a passionate assistant to join the Harrods Media team working across both media marketing and media sales brand partnerships.
You will support with the execution of B2B marketing campaigns across six luxury lifestyle categories (Fashion, Fine Jewellery & Watches, Home, Beauty, Food & Beverages, Brand Partnerships), with the overall aim of driving media sales revenue and marketing the Harrods Media brand to luxury brands.
Creative asset management is key to the role, you will be responsible for the monthly planning of all post-campaign media photography, managing the Harrods Media image library and providing images to clients.
Managing freelancers, you will take complete ownership of all photography for the department. Working to an annual photography budget, co-
managed in collaboration with the Media Marketing Executive. You will also support the Media Marketing Executive with creative film projects that showcase store-wide campaigns.
Analytical, and data savvy, you will manage the reporting of customer data, research competitors, global brand activity and media trends to support Media sales proposals, working closely with Harrods CRM and Tax-
Free teams. Using specialist audience measurement technology, you will produce bespoke reports for brands, becoming a customer profile expert.
You will present a strong desire to grow your understanding and experience of digital marketing, the role will involve supporting the Media Marketing Executive to launch strategic B2B email campaigns designed to drive acquisition and new business.
Whilst additionally supporting with the management of content for the Harrods Media website.

To be successful, you must be passionate about working in the luxury sector across multiple categories with a specific desire to work within the media industry.
Experience and interest within the realm of customer research, identifying trends and insight is advantageous. As is creativity and an interest in media sales.
