Kier is looking to recruit an Occupational Health Administrator , who will report to the Group Occupational Health team.

The successful post-holder will manage and maintain the administration function of the Occupational Health service and offer support to the Group Occupational Health team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support
  • Liaise with the OHA’s with regard work activities, programmes and initiatives and ensure Company & Divisional policies, procedures and processes are followed as appropriate
  • Co-ordinate client requirements in line with contract and agreed turnaround times including scheduling of appointments, correspondence with employees, managers, HR etc.
  • Manage the tracker process for obtaining third party reports and process invoices using Coins
  • Ensure appropriate channels of communication are established and maintained between Company, Division, Team and Client as appropriate and in a professional manner
  • Be responsible for ensuring departmental communication in respect of meetings, reports, and activities is kept up to date and relevant staff updated as appropriate
  • Coordinate and generate monthly / quarterly statistical reports in line with Client requirements and as agreed with Line Manager
  • Responsible for ensuring that all sites have sufficient health promotion material
