Job Description

  • Devising and implementing strategy to ensure business growth within the Off-Highway market, in conjunction with the Market Director, and General Sales Manager.
  • You will provide direct input to the business (local and at supplying factory level) regarding the UK Off-Highway market activities, major trends, product sales, competitor sales, upcoming opportunities and threats.
  • You will provide local Engineering and Commercial support for the UK Off-Highway vehicle OEM's that take my clients original equipment.
  • You will achieve turnover and margin targets in line with the company business plan for aftermarket parts, service, repair and re manufactured products within the UK and Ireland
  • You will ensure that market requirements are met by having a direct input into our technical, customer support and marketing teams.
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Engineering qualification in mechanical engineering / equivalent subject or have equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in the Off-Highway market in sales and business development.
  • Ideally you will have experience and working knowledge of Off-Highway drive line systems.
  • Be able to build valuable working relationships with all customers, both internal and external, and demonstrate a high standard of customer service to your sales approach.
  • It would be desirable if you have an understanding of the Off-Highway market.
