Monday to Friday - full time

My client based out of Tewkesbury, are looking for outstanding Customer service providers, to join their team on a full time basis.

KEY TASKS

  • To take all inbound phone calls
  • Providing an exceptional customer service whilst fact finding and then sign posting appropriately
  • Provide the first point of call for customer care issues
  • Track progress to completion with the Operations Manager of issues
  • Provide Central Contact point for all customers
  • Book assessments for Sales assessors
  • Prepare quotations for all Customers
  • Assist with Product Selection for Customers
  • Ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in line with company policy
  • Liaise internally with all departments to ensure that all Customers receive a 360 service
  • Process Customer Sales Orders before passing to purchasing (5-15 per day)
  • Develop & maintain the Salesforce CRM within the business
  • Attend monthly sales meetings and report as required
  • Provide additional support as required by the Business
  • KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Requires strong communication skills
  • The successful candidate will have a very organised approach to work
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Outstanding Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to Up & Cross Sell to existing customers
  • Able to pass a DBS check
  • Experience in the healthcare sector would be an advantage
  • Must be computer literate, with excellent attention to detail
  • This is a very fast paced role, candidates need to be proactive and able to deal with the pressures of a busy sales environment.
