Hours 9-5.30pm with an hour for lunch

A family run business based in East Horsley, Surrey is looking for a bright and enthusiastic Administrator to join its team.

Working as part of a busy and friendly team, the successful candidate will provide a range of admin services and support for the Mortgage Department.

Duties will include :
  • Answering the phone
  • Greeting clients
  • Maintaining in-house database
  • Ensuring client details are listed and processed correctly
  • Administration of mortgage applications
  • Liaising with lenders, clients and solicitors to see the case through to satisfactory completion
  • General office admin
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • No relevant experience is necessary as training will be provided, however the company are looking for someone who does have the following :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (including Word and Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience of providing some administrative support, ideally within an office environment
  • Ability to pick up new skills quickly
