TCEFA is an auction based company who specialise in international early furniture, oriental items and master works of art.
We are looking for a qualified person whose professional capacities, experience, values and corporate vision enables them to work effectively with us throughout the growth and development schedule for the next 3 years.
The role will primarily include management of :
We expect the successful applicant will be from an auction house, legal, accounting or secretarial background and qualified to degree or equivalent level.
Qualified valuers are also invited to apply for this role, potentially as stage one of their engagement with CEFA.
Stage two being that their role changes to that of Valuer within a specified time frame. The latter, subject to the wider corporate plan regarding development of their specialist field
We would like to meet individuals who are :
Motivated by their capacity to enhance corporate growth
Of a naturally calm, positive disposition - especially under pressure.
Able to absorb information and act on instructions.
Proficient in e commerce and or, auction management systems such as Pacs.
Of a suitable level of fitness for the role, which will involve some lifting and working in a building with essential stairs use.
Hardworking, committed to honesty and ethical values.
Naturally disposed to creating and maintaining order and in relation to all aspects of their work
Appreciative of a straightforward, happy, mutually supportive team environment.
