Relief Ticket Office Clerk
We have an excellent opportunity within our Customer Service department.
Main Duties :
We are looking for talented customer focused individuals, who can deliver excellent service as well as take responsibility for the safety and upkeep of our stations.
This is a relief ticket office role on the west inner area; working at stations from Tottenham Hale to Hertford East. As a member of the customer service team you will engaging our customers on a daily basis in providing route assistant, providing information on the different types of tickets we sell and making sure all areas of business is clean and tidy.
What we are looking for :
We are looking for someone who has experience in delivering outstanding customer service, excellent communication skills, integrity and discretion and a good eye for detail.
You will work on a roster cycle between Monday - Saturday working shifts between 05 : 50am 20 : 30pm.
