We have just relocated to our new office in London Zone 1. We are designing the IT infrastructure from scratch : planning, design, implementation and ongoing operation.

At Onfido, IT is an elementary part of our service delivery and therefore a critical element of our company. IT is a part of our wider security team and so this an opportunity to experience a diverse interpretation of IT.

Your mission will be to maintain and enhance internal IT support and infrastructure as well as ensuring Office IT infrastructure is designed and operated based on the security and compliance requirements at Onfido.

Our office IT environment is based on MacOS and Linux.

You will extend support for all Onfidoers and continuously develop infrastructure in all locations so that there is :

1. Excellent IT support - tickets are completed with the agreed turn-around-time

2. Continuous development and maintenance - completion of projects / backlog

3. Adapt our security requirements and compliance controls

Technical skills :

  • Support / Helpdesk - providing first level Office IT support
  • Infrastructure and Network - designing / architecturing, implementing and operating IT infrastructures in startup-like environments of between 100 - 500 users
  • IT Operations - automating IT operations and maintenance tasks using scripting languages like shell / bash, powershell or python.
  • Security and Compliance - experience with adopting ISO27001 compliance in an Office IT environment by implementing and operating the related controls.
  • Also securing Office IT environments based on security best practices.

  • Security - experience with the implementation and operation of IT security and management tools like endpoint-security including anti-
  • virus, central configuration and update management as well as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.

    Nice-to-haves : Hands on experience with

  • Jamf Pro / Casper
  • Microsoft ActiveDirectory in a MacOS world
