The People Directorate has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA or administrator looking to develop in a more senior role.
It's an exciting chance for the right person to work at the heart of the organisation. Using your excellent organisational, time management and administration skills you will provide support to the People Leadership Team, working to the People Director and the Head of Human Resources and Development, smoothing the path to allow them to focus on organisational priorities.
As an 'all rounder' with a solutions driven approach you will be comfortable juggling a variety of tasks with a high degree of accuracy, flexibility, confidentiality and discretion.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able an effective forward-planner who thinks of the details with the ability to anticipate and respond quickly to change.
Often as the 'go to' person within the team you will be comfortable working cooperatively with a wide range of people at all levels and will be expected to support on a range of activities and special projects as well as your normal day to day duties.
Experience and understanding in handling confidential issues is essential and an interest in and knowledge of the work of one or more of the function would be a distinct advantage to make an early contribution.
As part of a highly effective team your ability to be flexible and tackle changing priorities will be put to excellent use in supporting the People Directorate deliver its objectives.

£19,602 to £21,236 per annum
