Job Summary

Do you love building and launching high impact marketing programs and seeing the results flow through to sales and measureable pipeline and revenue?

We are looking for a passionate, creative, data-minded Marketing Programs Manager to drive our high impact programs for North America healthcare markets.

The Marketing Programs Manager EMEA & APAC supports the development and implementation of highly-targeted marketing programs for the Healthcare industry to achieve pipeline and revenue goals for Imprivata and its products.

The Marketing Programs Manager EMEA & APAC creates integrated digital, direct marketing programs, tradeshows and events and applies marketing best practices and processes for lead generation as well as ongoing campaign management and nurturing.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage highly effective integrated marketing programs for hospitals across Europe, using the most effective promotional channels and content to ensure that Imprivata’s value propositions are effectively communicated and engage our key audiences
  • Work with product marketing and subject matter experts to translate product messaging into compelling copy that serves as the foundation for custom marketing campaigns
  • Select tradeshows and events based on audience, timing, cost and past performance, define and execute strategy for participation
  • Work with internal and external writers and designers to provide direction and requirements for program assets, including whitepapers, infographics videos, and other campaign materials
  • Work with external vendors such as exhibit houses, trade show organizers, online media and social media companies to negotiate and execute campaigns
  • Develop programs targeting related personas and all stages of the buyer journey from awareness through to purchase & loyalty
  • Map buyer journey by persona to build relevant content; leverage buyer intent technologies to ensure promotion at the correct stage of the journey
  • Collaborate with internal and external writers and designers to provide direction and requirements for program assets, including whitepapers, infographics, videos, and other campaign materials
  • Work with marketing operations team to plan, co-ordinate and track all outbound activities through the Marketo marketing automation platform
  • Actively work with the Sales organization to ensure alignment and follow up to maximize ROI of campaign
  • Measure and report on all key performance indicators and success metrics for owned programs; Leverage analytics and real-
  • time reporting for optimization of in-process campaigns

  • Actively communicate program plans, activities and results to cross-functional teams, including sales and product marketing
  • Qualifications

  • 7-10 years’ of experience in marketing, preferably for technology companies selling to the healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Business or related field
  • Speaks multiple languages; cross European & APAC experience
  • Adept at brokering collaborative discussions and managing relationships with sales, marketing, product marketing and customers
  • Knowledge of the healthcare IT market, and experience in marketing to CIOs, CCMIOs and CMIOs
  • Direct experience creating and executing multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns, including the integration of online, offline and direct mail components
  • Experience with organizing participation at trade shows and events
  • Experience managing telemarketing firms to accountability for achieving goals
  • Familiarity with and reliance on data for success in developing programs
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, and basic knowledge of Marketo or similar marketing automation software
  • Ability to manage and adapt quickly to change and respond positively and flexibly when addressing shifting or competing priorities
  • Passionate can-do attitude and winning mentality required
