An established and reputable Multi-Disciplinary Construction Consultancy based near Marylebone, are seeking a Project Manager to join their team and immediately start working towards an even more senior role within the organisation.
The Project Manager will be working for a highly regarded Project Management and Cost Construction Consultancy and be working on high value build and refurb projects across Commercial Development, Residential and Retail (amongst others).
They are based near Marylebone, and are highly 'employee focussed'.
The successful Project Manager role involves managing the implementation and delivery of projects to ensure that they are on time, to high quality and within the specified budget.
You will be working alongside the Project Director, but with time and experience comes more responsibilty which should ultimately lead to you taking full control of projects.
The successful Project Manager will be delivering specialist services across pre-contract management services, feasibility, development management, contract administration and programme management.
As a Project Manager, you will ideally have at least 4 years Project Management experience, preferably with MRICS or MAPM, and hold other relevant qualifications.
