The Opportunity :

The SF Group are currently recruiting for an Internal Account Manager / Business Development Executive, reporting directly into the General Manager.

Working for a global market leader within the industry, you will be responsible for actively growing sales revenues across selected markets.

The successful candidate will be expected to travel between the group facilities in Cavan and Ireland.

The Role & Key attributes of the role of Business Development Executives :

  • Responsible for pro-active engagement to identify new business opportunities from both existing and new customers.
  • Drives productivity for all sales related activities including call activity, pipeline management, account management, contact details, sales and prospect reporting processes
  • Obtain field feedback and work with Quality, Engineering and Production to solve customer problems, improve quality and reliability
  • Create and maintain prospecting plans and other goals surrounding pipeline creation, sales opportunity management and accurate forecasting
  • A sales professional with a proven track record of successfully growing revenues implementing strategy, process and direction
  • Passionate about sales and capable of selling on added value and influencing key decision makers throughout multiple routes to market
  • An open personality that can fit with the company's culture of integrity and respect for colleagues
  • Energetic, upbeat professional who is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced, competitive environment
  • Develop team strategies to increase pipeline and drive opportunities further in the sales cycle
  • Attend trade shows
  • The candidate :

  • Beneficial to have 2-3 years' experience in a Sales environment
  • Expert in the use and execution of CRM is a requirement for this role and the successful candidate will have or commit to developing fluency in CRM system
  • Knowledge of strategic selling, sales methodologies, sales reporting and sales industry best practices
  • Competent in managing, driving and closing sales pipeline
  • Experience in managing customer accounts - both direct and indirect (via Distribution)
  • A proven track record in a business that provides solutions within the manufacturing arena
  • Passion for creating solutions and customer service
  • Highly effective organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
  • Must possess outstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Salary and benefits :

    As a Business Development Executive, you will be earning a basic salary of £24k plus bonus scheme in place that can earn up to 20% of annual salary.
