Reporting to the General Manager this role is part of the Tenant Liaison department, which is responsible for the smooth and efficient management of relationships with onsite occupiers, delivering excellent customer care and lease compliance standards at all times.
The role acts as an ambassador for communication to the shopping centre occupiers, and a key component of the role is to enhance the brand and overall profitability of the asset by achieving performance targets and other business plan objectives.
Key responsibilities of the role include engaging retailer involvement in seasonsal initiatives led by the Marketing and Commercialisation teams, monitoring retailer opening hours and managing information flow to retailers though all mediums, to ensure effective and timely communication.
You will also manage the collection of feedback from tenants on performance and promotions, recording the information onto salesforce, manage customer comments with appropriate retailers, finding permanent solutions to resolve recurring issues, and manage and monitor the flow of key indicators from occupiers, understanding their business needs, and taking relevant action to escalate and assist as appropriate.
Amongst other duties you will also take responsibility for induction training to retailers, managing customer service audits and awards, and managing and maintaining local operational retailer contact details.
In order to be successful in this role you will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent, with an IoSH managing safely qualification or equivalent.
You will be an excellent communicator at all levels, and a confident decision maker with good numercay and analytical skills, a strong customer focus and excellent presentation skills.
You will also have previous experience in the retail sector, and good knwoledge of the retail market and brands. Knowledge of the Data Protection Act and of Corporate Responsibility and environmental issues as well as local knowledge would also be advantageous.
