Position : Account Manager

Location : York

Salary : 25000 - 30000 per annum

Purpose of Job :

To achieve and excel personal GP targets through the sale of Bytes leading propositions to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities :

Winning new business and then managing those accounts. Developing business across Bytes portfolio of Software Licensing, Learning Solutions, SAM and Cloud oriented propositions.

Department Goals :

To achieve GP targets for the sales team overall and provide a high level of service and support to our customer base. To increase Bytes representation in the region.

Skills Required :

Minimum 2 - 3 years corporate IT Sales experience (at least 1 in an LSP preferred)

Experience / knowledge around enterprise licensing agreements including; Microsoft, Symantec, VMware, Citrix, Adobe or other Tier 1 Vendors

Proven track record in sales success

Strong New Business skills (Net New & from existing Clients)

Experience with clients of 1,000-10,000 employees

A strong level of commercial awareness

Direct face to face sales experience with credibility and gravitas to operate comfortably with senior level contacts preferrable

Wins within the portfolio described in responsibilities preferred

Excellent communications skills both written and oral

Ability to develop existing accounts and manage expectations

Strong presentation skills
