JOB TITLE : Commercial Litigation Solicitor

LOCATION : Berkshire

THE ROLE

The core practice areas of this team include corporate / commercial disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, intellectual property disputes, risk management, construction disputes and sports law disputes.

This exciting opening will see you working closely with the entire team and you will be required to undertake fee-earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the team and the firm.

The role will require a modern and commercial approach to disputes. You will draft court documents, such as : pleadings, witness statements, statements of costs, cost schedules and orders.

THE CANDIDATE :

The firm require a Commercial Litigation Solicitor who has experience of contentious commercial claims such as partnership and shareholder disputes, along with contractual and debt disputes, as well as drafting court documents such as pleadings, witness statements, cost schedules and orders.

There is an opportunity to develop a specialism in line with the team and the necessity to proactively engage in Business Development, meaning this role would suit a driven and confident character, with a clear view of progressing their career and providing a profitable contribution to the work of the team.
