Job summary

We have an excellent opportunity for an Internal Communications Manager to join the team here at Browne Jacobson LLP. Working as part of our fantastic Client and Marketing department, we are looking for someone who will work closely with the Internal Engagement Manager to plan the Internal Communications Strategy and messaging for the firm, creating a compelling program of timely content which inspires and engages a range of audiences.

You will also be responsible for reinforcing culture : ensuring that our values are reinforced throughout our internal communications and that an appropriate tone of voice is used.

Here at Browne Jacobson, we operate an agile working policy; therefore there is some scope for working from home. Our agile way of working is also a great opportunity for you to hot desk’ and get to know other members of your team!

Our Nottingham, Manchester and Birmingham offices are centrally located and easily accessible via a number of public transport links.

As part of the Client and Marketing team, you would be expected to have the following skills and experience :

  • Supporting innovation : Developing product and other client driven innovation based on regular and current client insights.
  • Measuring success : Regularly measuring effectiveness (output / ROI), rather than activity, and feeding back subsequent recommendations to the business, raising awareness of our value.
