Bouygues UK have an immediate opportunity for a Team Administrator to support our Legal and Project Finance teams based in London, Waterloo.
Job Purpose and Scope :
Company secretarial support and administrative support for the team.
Key responsibilities will include :
Company secretarial support (maintaining company books, organising annual returns and other filings)
Preparing powers of attorney and Board minutes, preparing Board pack for six monthly meetings
Maintaining internal corporate records (e.g. database of Company Directors)
General administration duties (filing, scanning, archiving etc)
Diary coordination and travel arrangements for Project Finance Team
Administrative support to the team
Additional responsibilities :
Assistance with compliance matters (administration of e-learning for anti bribery training, maintaining hospitality and gifts register)
Claims notification monitoring
Who we are looking for : Essential :
Previous team administration experience
Excellent Microsoft Word knowledge
Excellent Excel knowledge
Previous legal administration / secretarial experience
