Working cross-functionally within Recorded Future to identify opportunities and risks, and present recommendations & solutions.
Speaking prescriptively about best-practice onboarding and intelligence use cases specific to customer industry. Ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer and effective handoff between from presales, and from onboarding to expansion team.
What You'll Do Customer Consultation Project Management Set Up & Solutioning Requirements BA / BS 5+ years of work experience in following areas : Presales / Professional Services / Enterprise Product Implementation experience is required, SaaS experience.
Threat Intelligence strongly preferred Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams within a customer organization to support a joint outcome.
Very strong writing skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively Very strong presentation skills (PowerPoint and Google Slides) Passion for a standardized / prescriptive processes.
Passion and experience in process improvement. Willingness to travel 30% of the time (domestically + internationally) Additional Skills Knowledge / experience working with SalesForce and other CRM tools PMP / ACP Certification, and / or cyber security certifications
