A leading international management consultancy firm is looking for an experienced to join their busy team. The Reception team covers three desks over ten floors in a recently refurbished building.

The Reception team play an integral role as champions of the office space, continuing to uphold exceptional levels of service and customer care.

Responsibilities : Meeting and greeting all visitors Meeting, workshop and event management Managing bookings including setting up rooms and troubleshooting Audio-

  • visual equipment issues Coordinating any catering and refreshment requests with the catering team Answering all incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner Qualifications : Computer literate;
  • proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Internet along with good Excel and Power Point skills experience of working in a demanding client driven reception environment, preferably professional services Minimum 12 months experience in a Reception or Concierge role Exceptional customer service and communication skills Highly organised with the ability to prioritise Ability to multi taskIf you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
