Right now we need a Senior Field Sales Manager - Someone who will lead, train and coach the Field Sales Rep (FSR) team to greatness.
This person will inspire their team to realize the business’ potential.
As a Senior Field Sales Manager (FSM), your leadership will drive execution and results of the off-premise FSR team, within your respective regions.
Your guidance will ensure a measurable improvement in the 600+ accounts that the FSRs cover. The most important aspect of your role is to inspire your team to unlock their potential.
You enjoy using excel, word, power point, outlook email, love to travel and are great with people. You should have a relentless passion for retail, coaching and development.
You should have at least 5 years’ of CPG sales experience and a bachelor’s degree. This position can be located in Seattle, Portland, OR, Denver, or Los Angeles.
