Working with our Gleeds Energy Team
Key Responsibilities :
As first point of contact for Gleeds - you will be answering incoming calls, welcoming visitors to the office, notifying colleagues of arrivals.
Administrative support for the Gleeds Energy team (office & site based)
Management of document control data base
Assistance in the production of monthly cost and expenditure reports.
Booking and setting up meetings & Hotel & travel arrangements for the Gleeds Energy team (office & site based)
Monitoring and ordering Office supplies
Checking distribution of general mailbox in Outlook
Updating the Contacts database
Updating the CV's database and reformatting CVs where required for bids and client documents.
Additional responsibilities may include :
Ordering equipment, updating log Book and sign out and other Health & Safety related duties.
Assistance with expenses (as and when required)
Filing Purchase Invoices (as and when required)
Maintaining staff holiday entitlement records
Monitoring and chase up of employee weekly timesheets
There is also the potential for the role to expand beyond the responsibilities detailed above.
This is a permanent, fulltime post : hours 8.30am -5.00pm, Monday to Friday, with 30 Minute meal break.

Minimum two years' experience in administration
Demonstrable team work experience - needs to have a strong sense of responsibility for the success of the team as well as the ability to work on your own initiative
Excellent communication skills are a "must", as you will be dealing with internal and possibly external clients on a regular basis
Strong Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint
You should have GCSE's in Maths and English.
A levels or HNC in Business studies or a Business related course would be an advantage, but is not a prerequisite. Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
