  • Handling of delinquent customer accounts
  • Making & taking calls to & from customers to establish reasons for non-payment
  • Offering payment solutions to customers in order to restore non-paying customers to good book
  • Negotiate agreeable repayment terms in accordance with FCA principals of TCF
  • Quickly identify vulnerable individuals and escalate these cases with our special support team
  • Quickly identifying cases that require escalation to our Insolvencies team where appropriate
  • Requirements

  • Previous experience in a collections, credit control or customer service based role.
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships and communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Experience in a Financial Services, Insurance or related industry would be a distinct advantage.
  • This is a full time, permanent position working from Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm.
