An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the sales and marketing team. The main purpose of the role will be to qualify inbound leads and generate new leads via telephone for Area Sales Managers.
What youâ€™ll be doing : Respond to and qualify all inbound enquiries within a 24 hour working day time period Follow up on marketing campaigns (eg.
aftersales customer care calls, new product launch, promotions) You will be given marketing campaigns to follow up on but it is expected that you come up with new ideas and generate your own telesales campaigns looking for ways to increase own sales performance Maintain high call rates in order to maximise enquiry generation (40-
60 per day) Generate and follow up on supply only quotes under Â£20k Work alongside marketing, sales managers and sales support in order to achieve personal and team targets and objectives Update and build customer database Take notes and record all conversations by updating the database after calls Actively look for sales opportunities and explore options available to potential customers Provide reports on pipeline and activity What youâ€™ll need : Excellent telephone manner required Maintain a friendly and professional manner on all telephone calls Personable, enthusiastic, fun and friendly Proactive â€ always looking to increase and improve own sales performance and be able to spot an opportunity Able to work in fast moving environment Experience in telesales is essential
