About the role
This is an exciting new role based in our Croydon office in which we are looking for an experienced candidate to provide IT access and user administration services to users of LV systems and applications, ensuring joiner, mover and leaver (JML) processes are completed efficiently, and to periodically review user access permissions with line managers and business system owners.
To be part of a team ensuring that the IT security and technical administrative responsibilities of the team are fulfilled, in compliance with Industry and CIO standards, procedures and processes.
When required provide support and technical guidance on the Access Management aspects of projects and auditors. To influence and implement improvements to Access Management responsibilities and controls.
Experience of Identity & Access Management within the Financial Services sector and experience of associated Standards, Processes and Procedures with a demonstrable track record of providing excellent support.
Experience of managing users with SailPoint IdentityIQ (or SailPoint IdentityNow)
Adept at understanding end-to-end processes, with a keen eye for detail when handling large volumes of data, and a problem-solving mentality.
Continual Service Improvement (CSI) focused, with demonstrable experience in delivering improvements to working practice
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to relate to and influence colleagues at all levels of the organisation
Sound knowledge and experience of Identity & Access Management principles
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, Exchange / Outlook and Active Directory
ITIL V3 Foundation (ITIL Operational Support & Analysis desirable)
Candidates with demonstrable experience of delivering procedural improvements to access management processing through the use of SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint IdentityNow will be preferred.
To deliver a robust and efficient Identity & Access Management function with an emphasis on customer service
Administer and manage user records within SailPoint IdentityIQ
Fulfil requests to create, change and remove user access to IT systems, applications and folders. Maintaining user accounts and access rights across all supported platforms, in accordance with established control procedures
Ensure that CIO and Industry standards (FCA, PRA & ISO27001) processes are followed. Ensure that Service Level Agreements for handling Requests are met
Active involvement in audits providing technical guidance and support to auditors when required
To understand and comply with the company applied best practice principles of ITIL
To communicate at all levels in a professional, accurate and helpful manner
Continually look for ways to improve services of the team and those associated with it. Actively manage or provide assistance to delivering changes and improvements
Contribute to achieving team performance and quality targets
Attend any appropriate training sessions and meetings
Provide information, support and technical guidance on the Access Management aspects of projects
Provide training and support to team members
