We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to work in our Milton Keynes office, reportinginto the Head of Strategic Change Delivery.
You will be responsible for analysing complexbusiness problems, identifying causes and proposing requirements and solutionsto address those problems with may include automation.
You will provideanalysis expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing processes andsystems that are both cost effective and meet use requirements.
Another key element to the role is to createbusiness requirement specifications and use cases based on user requirementwhich are detailed and testable.
The ability to prioritise businessrequirements and definite business benefits of change is an essentialrequirement.
Working with cross functional, linked teams to addressbusiness or system issues this may include company wide, web-enabled solutions.
You will also work with design and project management to define solutionsoptions and delivery approaches and agree with the business the optimumsolutions, in terms of strategic fir and business benefit.
What are we looking for?
A customerfocused, analytical and action oriented individual. Experience of businessprocess design and process re-engineering is essential, together with provenknowledge of analysis techniques including Five Whys, MoSCoW, Workshops,Process Mapping.
Proven experience with Software development andtesting life cycle, a knowledge of the Electricity Industry and excellentorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities are allpart of our essential requirements.
