Marketing Manager, PR Focus, in Architecture and Design, London
Aim Make some noise in Architecture and Design
2 / 3 days a week Marketing Manager
Purpose of role :
To develop and maintain developing and maintaining marketing strategies in accordance with agreed company objectives. Key responsibilities and accountabilities
Strategy and planning :
To be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives.
To evaluate, report and feedback on all relevant data and results
To manage and communicate a monthly, quarterly and annual plan
To minimise and manage marketing costs and ensure marketing spend and investments deliver a return and have an impact within the agreed budget
To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future services.
To analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing Marketing activity
Measure, monitor and increase volume and quality of applications via web, job boards, social media
Planning and implementing of promotional campaigns
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
To develop and implement a company-wide plan to push services, working with all branches and teams in its execution
Overall responsibility for advertising of jobs including : improving web page hits, recruiter profile views and volume of quality ad response : working with video content alongside ad copy and implementing job alerts to support adverts
Maintaining and innovating the website as a key marketing tool
Increase web traffic via email campaigns and social media and to measure the
same using google analytics
Overall responsibility for social media policy including managing company presence
across all social media platforms and regular blogs
Measure and monitor Linkedin
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity including
implementing branding across all company offices
Manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution ensuring it is aligned
Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing strategy
Achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media
including industry publications
Researching all relevant awards and managing the application process
Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge.
