Inbound call Handler
Salary : £8.72 per hour
Full time (16 hours per week)
Location : Liverpool My client based in Liverpool is looking to recruit Inbound Call Handlers to join their out of hours response team with immediate start.
The role will be answering incoming calls from care workers, who could have a number of queries ranging from a general enquiry regarding their rota up to a sensitive and safe guarding issue involving a client.
You will need to have excellent customer service and communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. You will need to be available Saturday and Sunday for the following shift : 7am 3pm / 3pm 10.
30pm. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for :
Handling incoming calls
Recording and reporting information
Handle sensitive and safe guarding issues
Answering all queries in a timely manner
Providing excellent customer service
Managing rotas for core staff
Carrying out investigations Essential Requirements
Customer Service experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Able to think on your feet
Ability to manage own work load If you have the necessary experience and either come from a medical back ground or studying within the medical industry and would like to gain further experience please apply without delay.
