We are a well established property management business, now trading for over 11 years. Due to a rebrand we have dramatically expanded and are seeking to build our team and services throughout the UK.
There are 2 roles available as stated above.
Trainee PA To Director and Trainee Business Manager.
Bother roles are quite similar however have there one importance.
The PA role will be required to help build and manage the directors diary and work closely with the director.
The business manager is required to manager the office and all that is required to do so with building teams and training.
Duties for Both roles are :
Preparation of meeting agenda's / presentations when required.
Researching, information tracking as related to the presentations.
To be an ambassador for all executives, dealing with all matters efficiently and cheerfully.
General diary management of a Senior Team.
Applying initiative and quick thought-processes to problem solving and resolution.
Screening internal and external calls, taking messages, arranging conference calls, communicating incoming, and outgoing information.
Managing staff and training them once your are fully trained to do so,
