Service Advisor - SLM Vauxhall Tunbridge Wells
You will be the first point of contact for our customers visiting the dealership and this is where your personality should shine.
Your duties will include dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner whilst ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction at all times.
You will be dealing with all service enquiries and updates by telephone, email and face-to-face whilst managing the allocation and handover of customer vehicles and liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicle.
