Colliers International Planning Team are experienced and well respected in the planning market. We are looking to recruit a skilled and enthusiastic planner / senior planner to be part of our team.
This will mean working on range of projects, across all scales and sectors, for an equally diverse client base.
To undertake professional work so that fee income targets for the Planning team are met and to contribute to the development of client relationships and business development opportunities for the team, colleagues and clients of Colliers International.
To conduct professional work for clients and to ensure that all relevant reporting requirements are met to agreed deadlines an in accordance with RTPI compliance standards.
To ensure that work is conducted within Colliers International Best Practice standards.
Ensure work is undertaken timeously for clients and liaise appropriately with senior members of staff concerning scope / content.
Assist graduates and junior members of staff with their professional work.
To maintain contact with clients and Client Co-ordinators so that the client relationship can be managed effectively and efficiently.
To generate fee income to meet team and Business Group targets.
To provide new ideas for the generation of fee income.
Generate fee income to meet personal fee target, as part of the team’s overall target.
Skills / Knowledge / Experience Required
Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
Must possess excellent organisation and time management skills
Demonstrates sound planning knowledge and attention to detail
Must possess sound IT skills, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Must be able to work effectively as part of a team
Must possess very good written and verbal communication skills
Should possess a relevant qualification and be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
Must possess driving licence
