  • OperationalImprovement contribute to the strategic and tactical improvement portfolio
  • Theyare responsible for all data analysis to support service initiatives.
  • Accountablefor service on an end to basis to ensure there is an integrated approachbetween support and product
  • Helpsestablish the business’ repeated issues and identify root cause
  • Facilitatethe end to end support to colleagues
  • Ensurethat dependencies on services are managed effectively.
  • Maintaina good knowledge of current practice and awareness of current developmentswithin own area(s) of expertise.
