As part of a continued focus on developing and shaping our customer services and supporting our wider operational teams, we are looking for Older Persons Team Leader (one post) to join our Operations team.
Reporting to the Wellbeing Manager Older Persons you will have operational responsibility for the delivery of sheltered housing across our organisation, managing through an integrated approach that helps make a positive difference to this customer group.
You will manage a large dispersed team of sheltered housing managers across the business ensuring that the specific needs of each sheltered housing scheme are adhered to.
You will support the development and reviews of policy and procedures for the delivery of sheltered housing and older people services across the organisation ensuring that operational standards and best practice are adhered to.
You will ensure that each Sheltered Housing scheme meets the operational requirements for all health and safety and compliance issues.
To be successful you should have experience of : leading a dispersed team to a high performance level, delivering bespoke services to older persons, managing risk to minimise exposure to the organisation and delivering high levels of customer service.
It is essential that you are educated to GCSE standard or have the equivalent qualification / experience.
